The MoD has been an enormous part of our company history and we’re immensely proud that we’ve been supplying training services for the last 19 years. We continue our role as an ELCAS training provider, supporting UK MoD personnel and veterans as they transition into commercial operations.
In 2016, we became NATO’s training provider to 1,200 personnel in over 26 countries and in 2021, we became the managed learning provider for the Royal Corps of Signals while also providing supporting training requirements across many MoD bases. We believe in supporting service personnel who have fought and served our country. We actively recruit and help individuals move into civilian life by providing employment and work experience and in 2021, we received a Silver Armed Forces Covenants Employer Recognition Award for our services.
In 2020, we became the official service provider to The CyberHub Trust, which has enabled us to pursue our passion for delivering community-driven training and apprenticeships services. We now provide training from the UK’s first CyberHub at the Barking and Dagenham College and have recently opened Hugh Baird College in Liverpool and The Birmingham Metropolitan College.
In January 2022, we launched our specialist apprenticeship programmes to support IT and Cyber Security careers. Working with the Tech Talent Charter, we believe in bringing together the industry to drive greater inclusion and diversity in technology roles, opening up much-needed opportunities within new recruitment channels.
