Cyber risk analysts predict cyberattacks, research the threat landscape, performs security audits, and monitors user access to track breaches
Cyber risk analysts specialise in risk assessment, analysis, and the provision of guidance on risk mitigation strategies. Their roles often extend to supporting formal security governance, regulatory compliance, and governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) efforts.
These professionals assess the ever-evolving threat landscape, ensuring organisations meet legal and regulatory requirements, and implementing measures to protect sensitive data, systems, and infrastructure. They combine understanding of security concepts and technologies with analytical and business skills, tailoring their approach to address specific security needs and challenges
Apprentices are invited to extend and widen their workplace skills and behaviours, through a number of additional training sessions and resources including Careers Information Advice and Guidance workshops, safeguarding workshops, workplace professionalism workshops and guest speakers.

*Proof of GCSE grade C/4 or above or equivalent qualifications will proxy apprentices from sitting functional skills
