Up to forty trainees are completing 12-week Government Funded Skills Bootcamp training programmes, earning Microsoft 365 and Azure foundation certifications or graduating from the AI Business Productivity Skills Bootcamp Programmes. The best part is, there are no recruitment fees involved.

Many participants on the programmes bring years of experience in Administration, Sales, Marketing, or Operational delivery, and will come with enhanced AI-enabled business skills too. This combination allows organisations to recruit candidates who can immediately support workflow automation, reduce repetitive workloads, improve operational efficiency, and support AI user adoption to help drive in-house productivity and innovation.

For IT departments, Microsoft-trained Skills Bootcamp trainees are well-suited for Service Desk roles, future Field Engineer positions, or IT Apprenticeships, providing both technical capabilities learnt from the Skills Bootcamp, complemented with previous customer service experience from day one.
