What you need to know about the new CompTIA CySA+ Exam

The CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+) exam has had a major overhaul and is available to buy from June 2023 and is based on the latest Global cybersecurity threats and best practices.

The CySA+ exam is designed for IT security analysts responsible for monitoring and analysing network traffic, identifying and responding to security incidents, and managing security risks.

The exam covers a wide range of topics, including:

Prerequisites: CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+ or equivalent knowledge. Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as an incident response analyst, security operations centre (SOC) analyst, or equivalent experience.
